How to get reimbursed — three simple steps
The reimbursement process is straightforward. You purchase your program, generate a Letter of Medical Necessity through our Flex partner page, and submit both documents to your HSA or FSA administrator.
Purchase your IQPH program
Choose your program — Wellness, Anti-Aging, Performance, or Lifestyle Membership — and complete your purchase. You'll receive an emailed receipt immediately after checkout, and you can pay using any standard payment method.
Get your Letter of Medical Necessity
Visit our Flex partner page and complete a quick chat-based consultation. If approved, you'll receive a physician-reviewed LMN — no video or scheduling needed.

Submit to your HSA/FSA admin
Log into your HSA or FSA account and submit a reimbursement claim. Upload your IQPH receipt along with your LMN from Flex. Your HSA/FSA administrator will review the claim and reimburse the eligible funds back to your account.

Do I need to do anything before I purchase?
No — you can purchase your program first and get your Letter of Medical Necessity afterward through our Flex partner page. The Flex consultation is quick, chat-based, and takes about 15 minutes.
What if I'm not approved for an LMN?
A licensed clinician determines eligibility during the Flex consultation. A range of conditions qualify, including cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, autoimmune, neurological, and mental health conditions. If you're unsure whether you qualify, complete the consultation first — it's a fast and low-cost way to find out.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card directly at checkout?
Not directly through our checkout at this time. Pay with any regular payment method, then submit your IQPH receipt and Flex LMN to your HSA or FSA administrator for reimbursement.
How long does reimbursement take?
The Flex consultation and LMN issuance typically takes about 15 minutes. Reimbursement processing time varies by administrator — most process claims within a few business days to two weeks.
Is my LMN good for future purchases?
Yes. Your Letter of Medical Necessity is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You won't need a new consultation for any eligible IQPH purchases made during that period.
