No. This is not a short-term program or a one-time challenge. It’s a long-term community where you can learn, engage, and refine habits at your own pace.

How much time do I need each week?

There’s no required time commitment. Some members engage daily or weekly; others check in occasionally. You choose what fits your schedule and current season of life.

What kind of support do I receive?
